Human Resources ManagerJennifer has 13 years’ experience in the mortgage industry. She started out in customer service in mortgage lending to learn the servicing piece of the business and quickly moved into operations. Jennifer started out in new construction and had a passion for the business. She assisted in creating bank policy and procedures to grow the construction business exponentially. She created a training system for sales that that helped them to be more efficient in builder sales and customer satisfaction. Jennifer then changed hats and was the Human Resources Director for a mid-size law Firm in Indiana for several years. She excelled in team building, recruiting and legal best practices for the Firm. Jennifer is now able to take her love for the mortgage industry and integrate that with her enjoyment of working with employees on benefits and payroll. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
