Cathie began in the mortgage industry 1996 as a Closer. With the curiosity to know more of how the process worked, she quickly moved through many roles that included Processing, Closing/PC Manager, Operations Manager, Wholesale Development, on to Underwriting and Credit Policy that eventually took her to Regional Underwriting Manager.
When Cathie started her journey in Underwriting it became her passion. Each and every situation is unique, and getting that individual into their dream home is most rewarding accomplishment one could have. Cathie oversees MJW’s Operations Team while always working to improve processes.
