Alex was great.  His rates and fees were significantly lower than several others.  They were so low I was a little skeptical as many times you get what you pay for or it’s a bait and switch.  This was the complete opposite.  Alex was extremely knowledgeable.  Walked me through options.  The process was very smooth.  I had an issue pop up last second, but he worked to get it done so we could close on time.  Overall, a great experience.
