Kimberly entered the industry in 1988 with a consumer finance start and quickly moved to the mortgage end of the business by 1991. Starting as a government specialist and moving through the industry working in most all operations areas with a concentration in Underwriting Management and training Underwriters/Operations Staff for much of her career. Managing teams from UW’s, Scenarios, Condo Department, and QC kept her up constantly learning and developing her best overall skill: Research. Kim is considered a leader in Change Management and her team centric management style thrives with collaboration and empowering individuals to their best selves. When not at her desk, Kim is likely found at the beach or planning to be at the beach, posted up in the shade with a good book close by.
