Lisa Robinson entered the mortgage industry as a loan officer in 1983 and continued in that role and as a loan administrator for the next eighteen years with a strong concentration in new construction. In 2001 she shifted to operations as an underwriter. Lisa underwrote all loan types from all sectors of the industry, moving to underwriting manager for the most successful division of the company. Later after managing credit policy and quality control departments, Lisa moved to delegated correspondent lending as the senior director for the channel. When not reading Fannie Mae guidelines, Lisa enjoys reading everything from historical fiction to biographies, watching the Cubs lose, and combing through antique markets.
