He was involved in soccer year-round with the aspirations of playing for the Indiana University soccer program. After his education he entered the workforce to learn various crafts but found his passion in management. The most valuable thing he has taken away from the last decade is that people do not work for you, you work for them. You must invest everything you have into people for them to succeed. People want help and need to be educated in what they are doing for them to be confident in the actions they take. Outside of the office, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, 2 young kids and throwing the frisbee with his massive dog Echo.
